We are looking for passionate LMTs to join our team! Move beyond traditional massage and start something new. Everyone on our team trains Neu Release™, a mat-based massage modality integrating Thai Massage, Ashiatsu, Myofascial Release,  and Sports massage – for releasing the nervous system.

Your Opportunity:

• Evolve beyond being only a massage therapist, to level up as a bodyworker
• Train and study Neu Release: a revolutionary mat-based modality, designed to empower receiver and giver. A hybrid approach of Thai Yoga, Ashiatsu, and Sports massage.
• Our in-house training process involves receiving and trading deeper and more effective bodywork. Lots of time to give and receive, yay!
• Use your entire body so you can take the pressure off of your wrists, elbows, neck, and shoulders
• Offer Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Cupping massage in our massage office before your Neu Release™ training

Once you start with us, you will begin by offering traditional massages, while you learn and train Neu Release™. Once your skills have improved, you can transition to offering Neu Release™ Massage with clients.

Offering Swedish and Deep Tissue Massages for 45, 60, 75, 90, and 120 minute sessions, you will be responsible for analyzing client current needs, structuring session time and treatment plans accordingly, ensuring that the room is clean after each treatment, maintaining thorough SOAP records, processing payments, and helping clients book their next session.

Once you join our group trainings, you will be required to participate in at least 1 training session (2hr) per week outside of your regularly scheduled shift, as well as one trade with one of your peers every week (at least 1hr).

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Texas Massage License and insurance
• Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, or Ashiatsu experience is great, but not necessary. Recent massage school graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must have evening or weekend availability
• In depth understanding of Anatomy. Trigger point knowledge is plus!
• Confidence, ease with others, with a real joy and passion about massage and sharing connection
• Excitement to learn, discipline to train, and motivation to progress with a growing company
